At Nakato, quality inspection is not just a production step — it is an integral part of our operational culture. Our commitment is to deliver products that are flawless in quality, safe for use, and consistent across all batches.

To ensure this, we have developed a comprehensive quality control system, combining modern inspection technology, a strict AQL-based process, and a team of highly skilled personnel. Quality checks are implemented at every critical stage:

Incoming raw materials

Intermediate production processes

Final product inspection before packaging and shipment

We apply the Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) methodology to assess product quality based on statistically valid sampling. This ensures that evaluations are accurate, consistent, and transparent across all production lots.

In addition, Nakato has established an Independent Quality Control Team (IQCT) operating alongside our in-house QC department to maintain objectivity and enhance inspection standards. By combining expertise and advanced testing systems, we confidently deliver products that meet international standards and satisfy the demands of even the most rigorous markets.
